Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201012060001)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_22
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 17.1-b03

Following a clean installation of 201012060001 full install (New Install, New UserDir) and activation of all plugins in the activation list, the IDE displays the "NetBeans IDE Installer" message Box indicating the "Activation  Completed Successfully".  On this window, the "Finish" button is highlighted and on my machine, it has a dashed line rectangle superimposed to indicate that it is the currently selected item.

The dashed rectangle flickers excessively from the moment the Message Box is displayed until the Finish button is clicked.
