When user work with projects he(she) may accidentally run second(third) debug(run) session. In this case when
application use resource(sockets, files ...) debug session may failed.
I propose to confirm run second and others (3,4 ...) sessions.

In case when user press button (start debugger) with mouse he probably can't (maybe) run more then one session.
But if he run this session by keyboard shortcut (ctrl+F5) he can hold key one second and become more then one debugger
session. In this case (multiple debugger session) Netbeans fail deep down :)
