Regenerating resource classes from entities doesn't work properly.  Specifically, instead of overwriting the file, we
get duplicates of all the fields and methods.  On the other hand, UriResolver.java gets wiped out.

This is too risky to fix for beta2.  We will address this for FCS.

Changing this to an enhancement request since this is a project by itself. We need to take into account database schema
changes, user-added code, etc. The whole thing needs to be design out.  We will try address this for 7.0.

moving opened issues where TM != dev to TM=TBD
