It is not clear if Instances view is refreshed after a debugger step or not now.
I think there should be a way how to update instances after debugging or
indicate to user that the browsed instances are 'out-of-date'.
E.g. Place Refresh button in Instances view header or automatically refresh
Instances view after its window got focus.
